Probolinggo is My Hometown

            Hello folks, I want to explain about my hometown. I come from Probolinggo. You can taking a journey about 2-5 hours by motorcycle or bus or car. Do you know about Probolinggo? Yeahh.. Probolinggo has many culinary and many beautiful place. Like a Madakaripura waterfalls, Bromo mountain, Tea garden, Songa adventure, B29,Gili Ketapang Island, etc. 

          If Bromo mountain you can taking journey during one hour from the city of Probolinggo. And you can see sunrise and sunset. If B29, you can see bromo panorama,sunrise and sunset, and from B29 you can see some plains above the clods. so wonderful ,right?

            And Probolinggo has some food like a bakso, nasi glepungan , kerupuk tengiri, kepiting olok, ketan kratok and some fruit like a mango and grape. So many culinary in my hometown. If you want bring some snacks buy from the shop of souvenir in Probolinggo.

            If Nasi glepungan. His name is pretty weird, but tastes very delicious. Nasi Glepungan usually consist of salted fish, fresh vegetables, spicy sauce, Nasi Glepungan,sayur kelor, tempe dan tahu penyet. And Other foods that can be found in Probolinggo is Ketan Kratok, and it turns out this Ketan Kratok still often found in the District of Bantaran because most people still consume Ketan Kratok. Ketan Kratok or often called with sorghum. For Ketan kratok, can also be processed into a variety of food and beverage. For this Ketan kratok staple food made of rice and non-rice taste is not inferior to rice. Can also be processed into snack tape, then made madu mongso, lupis and mentuk.

            Probolinggo has many culture like a Kasodo ceremony, Petik laut , Karapan sapi brujul, karapan kambing, jaran kencak, etc. Some people in Probolinggo make a Madura Languange and Java language. But the Probolinggo accent of most people is Madura language.
